Personal Site: Slackerwood Slackerwood is a website devoted to Austin film news, reviews, and features. I created the site in 2006 when Austin had very few web resources that listed upcoming special screenings and independent film news. As other sites have filled that niche, the site has changed to offer more features and photos from local film-related events. The site is based in Drupal, a content management system for blog-style websites.

I performed the following tasks for this website project:

• Designed the site in Drupal and CSS.
• Created all web graphics.
• Researched, wrote, and edited site content.
• Edited contributions from other writers posting to the site.
• Worked with PR staff to arrange for contributors to attend press screenings and other newsworthy events.
