Technical Documentation

I am an experienced technical writer and editor for online and print publications, including software manuals, online help, and web-based support documents (such as Knowledge Base). I work with subject-matter experts to develop content, incorporate documentation into products, and improve user interface design. I also create communication plans and manage projects.
